One Year Party Finale!

So we had ONE last party for Evie once we got home from vacation with friends and family. I had so much fun crafting and sewing for months before the party so it was crazy how fast it came and went! We had a backyard BBQ and it was over 100 degrees so it was HOT! But we still had a lot of fun!

My mom was able to be in town for the party and I definitely couldn't have pulled it off without her!

Evie was definitely the "LIFE of the PARTY". It was pretty funny as she was just eating up all the attention and was VERY aware this party was to celebrate her!

Evie even decided to give us a little dance on a present box (yes I will say she got a little crazy towards the end!)

REAL Birthday DAY!

Evie's actual birthday we were in Des Moines still and we had quite a fun day. We first went to a park to play and we thought there were some "fountains" to play in--but quickly found out from others around that those hadn't worked for years. So nearby there was a small beach on a lake that we had fun playing in.

Now for Party #2! My cousins lived nearby so they came over for dinner and Evie got to meet her second cousins for the first time--so fun!
