Ducks and Turtles

Recently we went to North Park mall to brave the crowds and see santa. Little did we know just how popular he in fact was--a 6 hour wait was not going to happen! We did find some cute ducks and turtles Evie loved to watch and run after. It was pretty cute.

And spent from the days activities

Update--we did return to see Santa at North Park and this is what we got---
PURE TERROR! Guess she is not a fan of Santa Clause this year, maybe next year...

My Gym

I ran across a Groupon for My Gym in Frisco and thought it would be fun to try it out with Evie. She seems to have LOTS of energy these days and tends to climb on everything so I knew she would love it! And she did!

 Playing in the balls

 Taking a rest from jumping

 Listening at story time

 Playing some music

Barnyard Party!

A couple weeks ago we went to my friend's little boy's 1 year old party. It was a Barnyard theme and pretty cute! I will say I think she outdid herself on this one! It was at Frisco's Train Depot complete with a petting zoo!

Santa's helper

Evie was quite the little helper when we decorated for Christmas. She loved all the fun new sparkly things and eventually found a sleigh she became quite fond of. She constantly fills it with toys and knik knacks she finds around the house. She even helped dad decorate the Christmas tree without breaking one ornament!
Off she goes with the sleigh...

Fill it, empty it, fill it, empty it....

And maybe take a little seat in it
Helping dad with the Christmas lights--pj's, boots and all!

Evie the Builder

I think we may have a very skilled architect on our hands....

O Christmas Tree

Each year we go to a Christmas Tree Farm and cut down a tree for Christmas. Due to the drought this year apparently the trees did not we decided to still go to the farm and buy the ones they ship in. We go to Mainstay Farms every year as they have the most fun activities and we needed those this year since we weren't cutting down anything.
